Do I have to pay the return shipping?
Your invoice comes with a pre-paid United States Postal Service shipping label attached for your convenience. Use of this return label will result in a $7.95 deduction from your refund. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, if you decide not to use the provided shipping label, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.

Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. A separate box must be used to ship shoes with the original box inside.
